Through the ages we have been led to believe that it is a physical feature. The act of beautifying has been traced back to 4000 BC with the Egyptians using Kohl pencil to enhance the eyes and rose petals and natural oils to scent the skin.

 I've always had a deep love for the world of beauty, there was something innate within me that drew me to the art of skincare.

I was everything to everyone else but me.

I was a ‘yes'  woman and I just wanted to keep balance (It's a Libran thing!)

“Don’t choose the fear you already know…...choose the fear you don’t know yet”

I have always let fear control me. Fear is having thoughts and feelings of an event in the FUTURE that may or may not happen….. That's just crazy!

I'm choosing the fear I don't know yet. It's scary AF but I'm doing it anyway.

Im choosing to be BRAVE and have COURAGE to step into the unknown and trusting that it will all turn out for me.

I have been on a spiritual journey for about 27 years. It hasn’t always been easy in fact it has been challenging at times but necessary. It started off very gently with subtle hints of growth but in the last few years it has accelerated with ferocity and intensity.

You see I wasn't listening to the signs from the Universe so The Universe decided it was time to ramp up the calling.

When I decided to create my entrepreneurial path Divine Timing and synchronicity started to show up in my life.

I met the mentors that would help me on my path and build my business. I was still working in corporate  and decided to make a gentle transition. I also continued to work consistently on my business every week scheduling time in my diary for a task that needed to be completed.

This meant having one foot in the corporate world and one foot in my spiritual world. This became very  difficult in the beginning because I didn’t feel like I belonged in either world and I was...

Ever since the age of 16, I have always had an interest in beauty and caring for the skin. I had a deep knowing that I wanted to become a beauty therapist and study the human body. My love of rituals and self care served me well with my clients and I quickly learnt that I was a natural and I had “healing” hands. My attention to detail and adding special touches to my treatments kept me busy and my appointment book full.

My interest in education and helping women feel good was sparked after watching a motivational speaker take women through a skincare workshop and how mesmerized and enchanted they were and how they hung on every word he said…….These women would have followed him anywhere!!  I knew this was the path I wanted to take. I have always grown up with dogs. My father was like an animal whisperer. Any stray dog, bird would always be attracted to him. 

I remember the many beautiful family German Shepherds that were always part of my life. Caring for another living being is a wonderful way to practice compassion and unconditional love.

Naturally, when I became a parent I wanted my children to have the same experience I did.

With each dog we owned, there was a new level of learning.

Our first German shepherd Max was fiercely protective of me. He taught me that i needed to learn The language of dogs. 

Our next dog Andy the Beagle, was a perfect companion for our young family. He was gentle, loving and an escape artist! We quickly learnt to lock the screen door.

We decided that we wanted a companion for Andy  and we wanted to rescue a dog. We started the search and Zac found us. A mixture of Greyhound, boxer, staffy ( i think). He was perfect.
