After settling in, you wander through Seminyak’s vibrant streets, feeling the pulse of the island. Sunset paints the sky in hues of gold and pink as you meet your soul-aligned sisters for our Welcome Dinner & Ceremony. Over a nourishing Balinese feast, we set our intentions, opening the space for deep transformation.

As night falls, you are guided into a Sacred Ritual & Meditation, where the resonance of crystal bowls washes over you, dissolving the weight of the outside world. A soft exhale. You are here. Fully present. The journey has begun.

Day 2: Embody & Align

Awakening your divine essence

You wake to the gentle call of birds and the soft morning light filtering through your villa. Slipping into your yoga wear, you join the group in an open-air pavilion for Goddess Yoga & Breathwork. The slow, intentional movements awaken every cell, filling you with ease and clarity.

After a delicious buffet breakfast of tropical fruits, nourishing grains, and herbal teas, we dive into a powerful morning workshop and meditation. Here, you begin to unravel old stories, clearing space for the version of you that is ready to rise.

The afternoon is devoted to pure indulgence and restoration—a spa experience unlike any other. Skilled Balinese hands melt away tension as you surrender to a deeply healing massage. The warm oils, the rhythmic strokes, the soft melodies—your body releases, your soul exhales.

As the sun sets, we gather for an elegant dinner by the ocean. Laughter flows, stories are shared, and you realize—you haven’t felt this light, this connected, in a long time.

Day 3: Culture & Transformation

A dance between ancient wisdom and deep healing

This morning, we step into the heart of Bali’s spiritual essence, visiting a sacred temple where ancient prayers still echo in the air. You take part in a traditional Balinese ceremony, where fragrant offerings and holy water bless your journey.

Returning to our retreat space, we savor a brunch of vibrant, high-vibrational foods before moving into the afternoon’s Healing & Activation Session. Here, layers of past conditioning gently dissolve, allowing your radiant energy to flow freely.

The evening is yours—perhaps a quiet moment under the stars, a final ocean dip, or one last shared meal with the women who now feel like soul family.

Day 4: Radiate & Integrate

Embodying your radiance

A sunrise yoga and breathwork practice anchors you into this new frequency—strong, graceful, and deeply at peace. After a leisurely breakfast, we venture into Bali’s vibrant markets, where colors, textures, and scents awaken your senses. You pick up a sacred token, a tangible reminder of this journey.

The afternoon is a time for deep integration. Through energy work and guided meditation, we anchor the transformation you’ve experienced.

No rush, no pressure—just the soft unfolding of your truest self as the evening sky glows in soft amber tones, we gather for a Closing Ceremony & Celebration Dinner. A night of deep gratitude, reflection, and sisterhood. You feel it—the shift. The expansion. The rebirth.

Day 5: Departure & Embodiment

Returning home, forever changed

The final morning is one of gentle reflection. A slow, mindful breakfast. A heartfelt sharing circle. A closing ritual to seal in your transformation.
