Yoga and movement by our resident Yogi, Jasmine will calm your mind and balance your body and energies through Hatha and Yin
Ayurvedic cuisine carefully prepared by Geetika from Yogshala & Ayurvedic Food Services will be provided to nourish and reset your body from within. Eat according to your Dosha or body type to create harmony between your individual energy patterns and universal elements
Sound Bath Meditation facilitated by practitioner Rebecca to soothe and relax your mind & body. Immerse yourself in waves of soothing, echoing sound to soften and open your heart. Connect to the universe as you let go and allow the sound to ripple through your being to calm the nervous system into a deep state of relaxation. Rebecca has 15 years clinical experience in vibrational sound therapy.
Be pampered with an Aromatic Massage at TCOY Wellness and Spa to completely relax and recharge you. This will move stagnant energy from your body to make space for the new.

Since 1979, people have been stewarding this property with a spiritual intention and a focus of radiating love into their world.

KARRAWIRRA
Karrawirra is a local Kaurna word, meaning “redgum forest”. It was chosen in honour of the original custodians of the land on which the building is located, the Kaurna people, and reflects the redgums which grow along our Northern boundary, the Gawler River.

Sumai is our premium accommodation option. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, Sumai is a space perfect for retreat and self-reflection, as well as for a small group to get away.
With an aspect overlooking the Gawler River and the picturesque Dell, what a fantastic space to slow down, reflect and renew.

Your Guide Rina Mittiga
Rina Mittiga is a Soul Alchemist whose work has transformed individuals in all aspects of their lives. Rina is an Intuitive coach and mentor who incorporates different energetic healing modalities to transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones that are keeping women from moving into the best version of themselves.
Her greatest joy is to help women transform their lives by sharing the tools and skills to be able to do it themself. Her natural gift of sharing her voice and inspiring others to take the first step to create lasting change is what drives her to reach as many women as possible. Just by being in Rina’s presence, transformation happens.
